WHY IS A CONDO BEING ADVERTISED HERE? We advertise our condo here, because Catalilna is a focal point for many people and paddlers, who come here as guests of weddings, annual competitors of Triathlons, lovers of Art Festivals, Jazz Festivals, Outrigger racers, participants of Bill fish and diving tournaments and many other special events.
Looking for a place to stay in Catalina Island can be a bewildering search of names and numbers. Why go elsewhere when you can call us first and get personal and direct answers quickly. Actually for a group, it is less expensive and more spacious than a hotel.

Access to pool, Jacuzzi and laundry room. Two bedrooms, two and a half baths, colorful and warmly decorated. Master-bedroom has king size bed, personal bath, with matching bed-spread and décor. Queen-bedroom has queen size bed and a trundle bed.

If you are an early riser, you may be fortunate enough to observe a deer amongst the trees. Corner bedroom windows afford a quiet view above a tree lined dry creek, where deer may be glimpsed in the mornings or evenings.
Queen size bed
Comfortable couch and chairs spread across the living room. Cable TV is located in living room and each bedroom. Wall pictures depict tropical and beach scenes throughout condo.
Linoleum floors in kitchen and baths were recently installed along with new carpets throughout. Grand oak dinner table seats 8 to 12 with foldout. Sunny kitchen has fridge, microwave, stove with oven, garbage disposal and lots of cabinets.
Wide open spacious living room
Two story condo. Two bedrooms upstairs. Sleeps six in beds. Two and a half bathrooms. Full kitchen, bar, dining room area and living room. Two Balconies, one has barbeque set up.
Spacious living room. Lots of room for kids and family or just friends. A service window conveniently divides the kitchen from a bar and sink. Both top and bottom balconies extend outward for your viewing pleasure.
Located at the quiet end of the complex, it affords a peaceful vacation atmosphere, with three distinct views of a shrub filled hillside to the south, a tree lined dry creek to the west and the edge of town itself stretching north.
Entire condo has been renovated recently. NO Smoking inside please.
